Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-08

These terms set out your rights and obligations when using this site (self-service Hong Kong NAT VPS). By ordering or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

  • We provide self-service Hong Kong NAT VPS: a shared public IPv4 with port forwarding. Available inventory and prices follow the real-time figures shown on the checkout page.
  • You receive an SSH-accessible virtual machine plus the allocated port mappings. Managed operations, done-for-you administration and application-level support are not included.
  • Nodes, plans and inventory may change at any time. If an order cannot be delivered because of inventory or node status changes, it is moved to manual handling or fully refunded.

2. Account & security

  • You must register with a real, working email address. Accounts are for your own use and may not be transferred or shared.
  • Keep your credentials and two-factor authentication safe; losses caused by leaked credentials are borne by the account holder.
  • Accounts may not be used to circumvent risk controls, register in bulk, or resell the service.

3. Payment, provisioning & delivery

  • Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page: account balance, Stripe card, on-chain USDT, and FPS (Faster Payment System).
  • Once a payment is settled, the system provisions the instance automatically; if no virtualisation platform is connected or manual review is required, the order is handled manually.
  • USDT and FPS are off-platform transfers: pay exactly the amount and address/QR shown, and the operator confirms the receipt before settlement.
  • Always check the network and amount. Funds sent on the wrong network, in the wrong amount, or to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

4. Refunds

  • Balance-paid orders: you may request a self-service refund within 2 hours of payment; the amount returns to your account balance.
  • After 2 hours you may still submit a refund request, which requires a reason and support approval; refundability is determined by that review.
  • Third-party channel orders (Stripe / USDT / FPS) cannot be self-refunded; contact support and the refund is returned via the original channel manually.
  • Instances that have been provisioned and used for abusive purposes, or that have clearly consumed resources, are not refundable.
  • Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the order only, excluding any channel fees or on-chain miner fees.

5. Acceptable use (AUP)

  • You may not use the service for any unlawful or infringing purpose, including but not limited to spam, port scanning and attacks, phishing, infringing content, and fraud.
  • You may not abuse bandwidth, compute or ports in a way that affects other users or node stability (including sustained mining at full load or DDoS reflection).
  • You may not use the service to evade the laws of your jurisdiction or third-party platform rules.
  • Violations lead to suspension and teardown of the affected instances without refund; serious or repeated violations lead to account closure.

6. Limitations & disclaimers

  • NAT uses a shared public IP; we do not guarantee IP cleanliness, that it is not blocked, reachability, or usability on third-party platforms.
  • We provide no SLA, no uptime percentage commitment and no data backup. Please keep your own backups.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, datacenter or upstream network failures, or your own actions and misconfiguration.

7. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the dispute.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of data.

8. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site or via in-app messages.
  • Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
