Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-08
This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and retain it, and the rights you can exercise. We aim to collect only the minimum needed to run the service.
1. What we collect
- Account data: username, email address, an irreversible password hash, and two-factor configuration.
- Orders & billing: plan, billing cycle, quantity, amount, payment method and reconciliation records.
- Security logs: events such as sign-in and password changes, with time, IP and browser identifier, used for risk control and auditing.
- Service data: instance specs, allocated port mappings and traffic usage statistics.
2. How we use it
- To provide and deliver the service (provision instances, allocate ports, send credential notices).
- For billing, reconciliation and refunds.
- For security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- For customer support and essential service notices.
3. Payment data boundaries
- Account balance: recorded by us, no third party involved.
- Stripe: card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- USDT: on-chain transactions are public; we only store the transaction hash matched to your order.
- FPS (Faster Payment System): a bank transfer; the related record is the reference number you submit.
- We never access, store or ask for your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or full card numbers.
4. Storage & retention
- Data is stored in a local SQLite database on the server hosting this service and is not shared across sites.
- Order and billing records are kept as required for operational and compliance purposes; security logs are rotated and pruned as needed.
- Deleting an account cascades to its instances, port mappings, orders and in-app messages per our business rules.
5. Cookies
- We only use essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language preference cookie.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Sharing
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to reconcile/refund a payment channel.
7. Your rights
- You can view and correct your account data; to export or delete your account, submit a request via Contact us.
- Deleting your account terminates the service, so please back up your data first.
